Jesus help me to ever be aware of your goodness and truth, remind me to share these joys with my children whenever the opportunity arises...Help me to never forget the good things you have done for me, and to share that legacy with my children. Amen
“However, take care and be earnestly on your guard
not to forget the things which your own eyes have seen,
nor let them slip from your memory as long as you live,
but teach them to your children and to your children’s children.” Dt4:9
I haven't done this with my children, partly because they are so young. I can't wait to share with them the legacy of how God has been so good to me and my husband, as well as our parents and grandparents.
